Biography

Dr Kate Haire is Consultant in Public Health Medicine and Clinical Chair South East London Cancer Alliance. My career has focused on the planning, organisation and quality assurance of health services within the NHS. I have worked at a senior level across a range of commissioning and provider organisations within the NHS both at a national, regional and local level. I have a strong interest in health inequalities and the use of data to drive improvements in health outcomes.

During the last ten years my work has focused on improving cancer services and pathways. I have been clinical lead for the SEL Cancer Alliance since the Alliance was set up in 2017.
