Biography
Julie Fleischer is a Dutch professional specializing in global health innovation. She currently serves as Lead Maternal and Child Health Innovation at PharmAccess, a Dutch–African NGO dedicated to strengthening health systems in low‑resource settings. With a Master’s degree in Biomechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, she brings extensive experience as an entrepreneur, designer, researcher, and program manager in global health. Her work centers on using data and technology to enhance healthcare delivery, improve outcomes, and develop sustainable financing models for underserved communities.
