Biography
Anne PJ de Pagter (MD, PhD) is pediatric hematologist at the Willem-Alexander Children’s Hospital (WAKZ) of the LUMC with a focus on long term impact after complex pediatric care, especially stem cell transplantation and gene therapy. She is the research lead in sustainable healthcare workforce in the Erasmus MC in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
Alongside her clinical work Anne is the inaugural chair of Challenge&Support as the nationwide knowledge and expertise network to foster sustainable healthcare workforce. The mission of Challenge & Support is to improve patient care by sustainably contributing to a safe and stimulating learning and working culture for all healthcare workers.
