Dr. Kate Haire

Biography

I’m the Clinical Chair of South East London Cancer Alliance and a Consultant in Public Health Medicine. My career has focused on the planning, organisation and quality assurance of health services within the NHS. I’ve worked at a senior level across a range of commissioning and provider organisations within the NHS both at a national, regional and local level. I’ve a strong interest in health inequalities and the use of data to drive improvements in health outcomes. During the last fifteen years my work has focused on improving cancer services and pathways including screening. I’ve been clinical lead for the SEL Cancer Alliance since the Alliance was set up in 2016/17
